Fantastic opportunity for a solid Account Director who is looking for an account they can really drive.
They need to be very comfortable talking about technology - the client is very savvy, and there is extensive dialogue with the agency IA and head of tech in particular.
Someone who has worked closely with a CMS build or fairly hefty web build might suit.
This Account Director needs to be able to hold their own and push back where necessary. They need to be confident enough to lead agency meetings and stand their ground when needed. They need to understand technical integration, and have worked with back-end development extensively.
As Account Director, you'll be heavily involved in analysis of results/ROI. A background in direct response marketing will be really useful. Strong team management skills are a must.
