The Graduate Content Writer will provide engaging content for blogs, as well as contribute to community content and other digital elements that are produced as part of the overall Web Team strategy.
As well as writing handset descriptions, news, emails, reviews and features the Graduate Content Writer will assist the Content Editor in management of two industry leading blogs, promote video content on websites and help deliver the online community strategy to increase customer engagement and involvement.
The Graduate Content Writer will also direct Content Writers and the Freelance Writers as required to produce content for all channels and work with external agencies, in-house design resources, IT teams and other contributors to produce the content necessary to deliver the editorial content and community strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Work with content management systems to publish or update online content
Help deliver the editorial content and community strategies
Generate ideas for content
Manage blogs, forums and other forms of user-generated content
Deal with community issues, (e.g. difficult forum members)
Write detailed handset reviews
Produce stories/reviews/guides on technology and other areas
Manage the blogs appearance and customer reviews
Produce reports as requested
Keep up to date with latest mobile/brand/technology news
