Marketing Controller - Telecommunications- West London
Our client, a global innovator within media and telecommunications based in West London are looking to appoint a permanent Marketing Controller.
Their refreshing and imaginative approach has changed the face of UK television, making them one of the world's largest broadcasters. Increasingly their customers are also taking our broadband and talk products and right now they're driving ambitious plans for growth as we pioneer new thinking and radical developments across the business.
The Customer Sales Department are a team within Product Marketing that are responsible for the marketing of products and packages to all existing customers. Included within this is the Marketing Operations team who are responsible for the ongoing management and development of selected marketing channels to existing customers, driving operational efficiency and improving sale performance.
Your key responsibility will be to manage the execution of sales through service, driving incremental sales activity in line with forecasts
You will also drive efficiencies in core product upgrades teams working with Finance, Product Managers and Operations and be accountable for the development & execution of select marketing plans, and relationship management of various accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a specialist and have
-Worked with Contact Centres in sales-marketing relationship
-Strong numeracy & commercially aware
-Working across departments or in account management roles
-Comfortable with standard PC applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
