One of the UK's largest Rail Travel companies is currently seeking an experienced Senior CRM Campaign Manager to join their growing Marketing team. The main focus of the role is to encourage rail travelers to buy tickets online via effective offline and online marketing, CRM and partnership development.
As the Senior CRM Campaign Manager you will be responsible for driving the customer retention program with a focus on email marketing and online marketing; the aim of this is to improve levels of customer activity and loyalty. You will work with email service provider to improve email marketing response rates via improved targeting and messaging, creative execution and development of dynamic content, monitoring and evaluation of email and online performance, and to inform and improve future campaigns.
The successful candidate will also develop and implement targeted messaging on the homepage and across the site to improve customer retention and conversion rates and use web analytical tools and to optimise conversions. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with previous experience in Marketing role with a large focus on email and/or retention based marketing. You will also have a good understanding of data analysis and customer segmentation, experience of using and working with email service providers and good general knowledge of email/online marketing in general.
Responsibilities

*Advise of new offers and products via effective online marketing campaigns

*Work with Email Service providers to improve response rates and advise on development of future campaigns
Skills
*Degree Educated
*Good understanding of Online and Email Marketing
*Experience of using and dealing with ESP's
*Experience of working within e-Commerce
*Strong SQL, Excel, and Access experience
*Good understanding of Customer segmentation and data analysis
*Exposure to Web Analytics
