As a headhunter I usually find my candidates through direct contact, but I have found it very useful to have a resource available that provides me with a backup. I have been using SimplyPRJobs since November 2008 and have found that their job board has given me the opportunity to increase my candidate flow for certain roles. The responses are quality rather than indiscriminate quantity, and it allows me to tap into an additional source of candidates for my clients. My account manager at Simply has been hugely supportive - advising me on how to ensure my ads reach the correct target audience on their site, giving me a competitive price and understanding the difference between my profile and that of a recruiter, and the implications that has for me as his client. He has gone out of his way to ensure that I get what I want from the site. I think that in this market it is important to continue to invest in my business, but my budget needs to be spent wisely. I need to ensure that I am providing my clients with a strong short list for the hires I'm working on, and Simply is helping me to deliver just that. I have just renewed my contract, and am convinced that it's a sound investment.

I just wanted to outline our satisfaction with the Simply Jobs Boards various websites and also the service provided by our account manager, Tony Charters. We started using their services earlier this year and have been very pleased with the response to all adverts that we have placed. Further to this we have already made 3 placements of candidates from Kent to North West Yorkshire and so this is confirming the excellent geographic 'reach' of their sites.
