FMCG Account Development Executive
Field Based – Northern Ireland
Fixed term contract

We are currently recruiting for an Account Development Executive to develop and grow revenue, volume and trading contribution within all outlets in your territory or area of responsibility through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, product availability distribution and display.
Grow revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share targets by brand, channel and pack in line with or above the Regional plan.
Improve product availability, space and distribution levels.
Engage in “Consultative Selling” with customers and potential customers.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Telesales and Customer Care staff to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Achieve cash collection in line with company plan.
Ensure high standard of in-store execution.
Develop and implement “second address” selling.
Deliver and prepare customer presentations to key customers.
Full outlet reporting using I.T. systems and tools.
Management of call frequency and call file to maximise deliver efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Good knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels and competition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Strong numerical ability.
Proven Negotiation skills.
Drive and initiative.
High computer literacy.
