The role

As a senior member of the Client Services you will be expected to operate at the highest levels. The role demands executive presence and expertise in winning, retaining and growing clients, whilst demonstrating a thirst for excellence working across a variety of disciplines:

- Developing strong, long-standing client relationships at the most senior levels
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Creating, articulating and presenting strategic marketing proposals with the upmost passion and conviction
- Identifying key stakeholders to influence and areas of growth opportunity
- Commercial acumen - financial management, forecasting and resource planning
- Consummate negotiator
- Constructive management of internal stakeholders to demand the most from the team, through tight briefs and the high standards
- Problem solving and issue resolution
- Account analysis, including stakeholder mapping to best utilise account resource in growing and servicing the account

Who you are

As an Account Director, you must be able to demonstrate:

- A commercially astute approach - the ability to make logical, strategic and effective business decisions
- A proven track record of effectively growing accounts and driving new business
- The ability to plan, strategize and execute plans at a senior level

- Entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set for the agency and clients
- 4-5 years of relevant experience (preferably agency-side)
- A confident and charismatic personality
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great communication skills
- Positive and self-confident
- Inquisitive, persuasive and competitive
- Effective team management capabilities
