An opportunity to join one of our dynamic Account Executive teams here at Virgin Media, working to drive growth through new business development and growth of existing named customers.
This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media Business as an Account Executive!
•Achieve revenue targets, acquisition targets and key objectives in line with the Business Markets strategy and tactical activity plan•Build a solid platform for future achievements of targets and key objectives•Deliver Key Performance Indicators and Objectives•Ensure all Sales Process, reports and management information procedures are maintained•Produce administration and written documentation of an excellent standard•Establish and manage relationships with customers, peers, and cross functional colleagues•Qualify all opportunities in the pipeline using sales methodologies utilized by the company and utilize to develop an accurate forecast as requested•React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues•Maintain high levels of product knowledge with an understanding of the unique selling point for each product
What we are looking for:
•Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Virgin Media Business.•Telecommunications product portfolio including process, pricing & systems.•Meet and exceed sales targets through acquisition of new revenue generating organisations.•To drive growth of Virgin Media Business through increasing revenue within a number of existing named organisations.•Builds and manages the relationship within new accounts in order to develop and grow, contracted revenue streams.•Act as the point of escalation for major commercial / operational issues.•Drives development and implementation of new tools, systems and processes.•Provide strategic insight to Virgin Media Business, focus on the product portfolio and competitor analysis.•To deliver agreed sales and revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators and Objectives as defined by the Divisional strategy and tactical activity plans.•To generate strong relationships with key and or senior people within customer and prospect base.
