This is a full time graduate role based in Bollington, Manchester. The starting salary is £16,000.

How can you expect to spend your day?

As a global Account Executive you will be operating at the heart of the world’s most ambitious B2B Agency. Your performance will be measured on living the Agency values and your contribution to the growing profitability of your client account group. This role is for a highly driven individual with challenging personal aspirations to become a strategic marketer, business savvy leader and strong people manager. You will have daily contact with Agency specialists and clients in both formal and informal capacities and will be adept at communicating across all levels.

Commercial management

1. Supporting the Account Group to exceed £1m/$1.5/€1.3m annualized client revenue

2. Produce accurate line by line budgets

3. Confident handling of the Agency’s global rate card and charging structure

4. Liaise with production and Mi3 specialists to delivery accurate budgets and quotes

5. Master the Job Booking part of the commercial process

6. Support in the build and ongoing management of accurate billing / revenue plans

7. Active participation in weekly productivity meetings and associated reporting

8. Demonstrate strong time, cost and change management skills when doing the work

9. Support account management during each billing cycle

10. Support account management during the revenue recognition period

11. Manage accurate client budget sheets

Project management

1. Demonstrate professional management of multiple client accounts and the Agency resource across multiple offices

2. Excellent attention to detail when it comes to the quality control of the Agency’s processes and outputs

3. Take personal pride in the time and cost management of project delivery

4. Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

Client management

1. Win the hearts and minds of your clients

2. Ability to hold good relationships across multiple levels of the client’s sales and marketing structure

3. Demonstrate versatility in client management approaches based on individual client personalities

4. Show good strength of character and prioritize difficult situations first


1. Competent handling of Mi3 processes and tools

2. Conduct Mi Insights involvement interviews when required

3. Support with the preparation, facilitation and reporting of client workshops

4. Demonstrate strong brief writing and team briefing skills

5. Take accountability for the successful delivery of every project/campaign

6. Have the courage to express strategic viewpoints throughout project delivery

What are the ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

1. Passion for B2B

2. Proven interest in digital marketing

3. Strong communication skills

4. Business minded

5. Previous experience in management of creative / digital projects

6. At ease with financial numbers

7. Ideally educated to a degree level

8. Have a “can-do” attitude towards all challenges and opportunities
