Promoting all of its services, you’ll be providing clients/brands with access to consumer opinion through which strategic decision making can be made! This is very much an account management rather than sales role, where in effect you’ll be supporting senior account managers, enabling them to spend more ‘on site’ time with clients – and naturally this is what you can progress to yourself.
