AXA PPP healthcare, one of the UK's largest healthcare providers, is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Retention Team in our Leicester office on a permanent basis.

About the role

As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for retaining an existing portfolio of business and building strong relationships with our clients or brokers on the telephone.

You’ll establish your clients’ needs and handle objections in order to secure the renewal of their existing Private Medical Insurance (PMI). You’ll proactively identify growth opportunities through selling the features and benefits of PMI.

Qualifications

We'll need you to have

•You must have previous telephone experience, this really is essential
•Previous account management experience isn’t required but it’d be great if you had it
•We’d really like you to have previous sales experience and thrive in a target driven environment
•You should be a natural influencer with really strong communication skills
•You need to be organised and able to prioritise your workload
•You’ll be self-motivated and eager to work in this challenging and exciting environment
