One of the most recognisable names in the legal sector is looking for an Account Manager to cover their successful work across a range of markets including the financial services and insurance sectors.
• Managing the relationship with existing large and important clients
• Developing a client service plan and making sure that commitments made at proposal stage are adhered to
Develop relationships to become the client's go to person
• Working with other departments to put in place the tools and processes to service the client effectively
• Managing pricing policies and strategies, ensuring the firm remains competitive
• Working with the new business team to identify opportunities and deliver on pitches and proposals for key accounts
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role must have previous experience in a professional services firm, working with large and reputable clients. You'll ideally have worked in a legal firm but other professional services businesses will be considered. Having worked with financial services clients as part of this would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential.
