Leading the Client Management Team within the Digital Engagement Platform Team; understanding our partners’ needs, advising them accordingly and relaying information seamlessly between the partner and the rest of the Engagement Platform Team (Editorial, Product, Comms), ensuring all cogs are turning smoothly, in order to achieve outstanding results and exceed our partners’ expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting the team with booking brand partner offers in to Wuntu, and getting them ready to be published.
* Support the management of the partner/offer booking process, including:
o Writing booking forms
o Partner / offer on-boarding and management
o Newsroom management
o Helping line manager to forecast revenues and update revenue spreadsheet
o Obtaining codes and assets for each offer
o Managing the creative approval process between the partners and Three
o Gaining redemptions from partners
* Support the management of the publishing process, including:
o Writing Ts & Cs (templates provided)
o Testing customer journeys
o Review the app every Wednesday / any other day a new offer goes live to check the offers are featured correctly and can be redeemed
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in Account Handling at a marketing agency or within the marketing function of a brand
Personable, approachable and able to build respected stakeholder relationships
Pro-active and a logical thinker
Thrives on problem-solving
Good negotiation skills
Previous exposure to creative processes not essential but beneficial
Promotions experience not essential but beneficial
Creative thinker with the ability to develop partner / offer ideas
