We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our established team based on-site for a household named client.

The role will primarily focus on managing and working with our clients digital assets, however, the successful candidate will be able to display a capacity and interest in developing their role and taking on new areas of responsibility within our digital and IT workstreams.   

We require someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, someone who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and will complement our existing team. Working in a fast-paced environment you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. 

We are looking for an Account Manager who has an appreciation of the end-to-end marketing and digital production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution. The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, quickly becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from client to our head office facilities, and vice versa. 

We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and someone who would be comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach, whilst not losing sight of the need to be innovative and drive change where required.   

Full technical support will be provided from our digital teams, however, an understanding of the workflow and management of digital assets would be advantageous in helping to provide a consultative service for the client at the point of initial contact.
