The client I am representing are a well established agency based in Leeds city centre, who are looking to appoint a new Account Manager/Director into the business to help them to diversify their service offering to their existing FMCG accounts.
The role is responsible for understanding the behaviour of its retail customers and ensuring all shopper marketing activities are focused accordingly.
Duties will include: - Developing the shopper marketing strategy for the business based on shopper insights. - Tailoring shopper marketing campaigns according insights from consumers. - Overseeing beginning to end multi-channel shopper marketing campaigns. - Project management of various marketing campaigns targeting customers. - Delivering activation plans that span the entire shopper journey. - Managing brand budgets and maximising return on investment.
Background of the suitable candidate: - Previous experience (min of 3 years) in shopper marketing is essential. - Extensive retail experience and an understanding of what motivates shoppers. - The proven ability to manage and develop key retail and FMCG accounts - Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effective across all departments.
