Through strong word of mouth, personal relationships and effective business development tactics, we receive an increasing amount of new work enquiries every day via our digital campaigns, website, direct email and by phone.
As a direct result of a successful pilot to improve conversion rate, free up lawyer time and ensure a positive first impression client experience, Director of Client Relations, Antonia James is now looking for dedicated resource by expanding our marketing team to include a New Enquiries Executive and a New Enquiries Administrator who will work alongside each other from our Bristol office.
Is this your next career move?
You'll provide vital admin support to the New Enquiries Executive to ensure the efficient management of all new enquiries that come into the firm, both digital and by phone and you'll also add real value by tracking the referrals out to VWV approach member firms. You'll help maintain the New Enquiries information tool in Excel and in time, once you've been given guidance, you'll allocate enquiries to the appropriate lawyer and follow up on outstanding referrals. You'll also help to collate crucial data to support the compilation of the monthly report for submission to the Department Head.
Putting the client at the centre of what we do is right up there as one of our core values and your work in triaging our new enquiries will see you putting this value into practice every day.
Why choose us?
VWV is known for its friendly and welcoming culture so team work and collaboration is key. With around 450 employees we’re big enough to win the big ticket work but small enough to know our people as individuals and help our star performers shine. Watch the video to hear Antonia talking not just about these new opportunities, but what she loves about the firm and why she's never wanted to leave.
We offer a competitive salary, contribute to your pension pot, offer holiday allowance that increases on a year's employment, give you private healthcare and life assurance, offer a range of discounts with local businesses and with so many excellent internal training programmes on offer to everyone it's so easy to develop and improve your skills.
Our Bristol office is based on the harbourside surrounded by the buzz of local cafes and restaurants with lovely views over the docks and within easy walking distance of the newly developed Wapping Wharf.
We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, we're striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential.
So who are we hoping will apply?
It's likely you'll be the first impression a potential client has of our firm, so it's essential that you're a confident communicator with highly developed organisational skills that can still deliver that first class impression when the pressure is on. You'll no doubt have some previous experience of working in professional services and whilst not essential any previous admin experience gained in the legal sector will put your application to the top of the pile. What is key is that you have excellent attention to detail and are confident working with databases and Excel spreadsheets.
