The Junior Ad Operations Executive will be reporting into the Head of Ad Operations and be supporting the sales team to manage digital advertising campaigns through their lifecycle, ensuring that campaigns are trafficked and managed effectively and efficiency. You’ll work with sales to ensure campaigns are delivered in full and go live on time and are completed by the contracted date. Providing excellent customer service for clients and agencies you’ll maintain excellent relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. You’ll chase advert assets from the advertiser, troubleshoot creative issues and ensure creative adheres to advertising guidelines. You’ll monitor the web traffic of adverts, making sure each campaign delivers successfully, and forecast online inventory for sales, suggesting alternative campaign ideas where necessary.
You will be looking to start your career in online digital advertising, and have a keen interest in the internet and digital technologies. Ideally you’ll have a degree or equivalent experience in online marketing, advertising, media or similar. You’ll have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and some administration experience. Highly numerate you’ll have a great level of attention to detail and be proficient in Excel.
Passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent customer service, you’ll have an ability to use your own initiative to make decisions and problem solve. You’ll be able to work methodically and well under pressure to deal with numerous deadlines.

* Liaising with clients/sales to update on progress
* Provide post campaign analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
* Working with sales and marketing to refine the product offering
