A role has arisen within our Commercial business area at AXA PPP healthcare in Tunbridge Wells for an Analyst looking at medical and customer data. This is a great opportunity for someone with an analytical background to join a global organisation with great career opportunities!
As an Analyst you will be using SAS and Tableau to interrogate and analyse our data in order to provide information to various areas around our business. You will be liaising with some of our key customers within the Commercial Department including our Provider Management team who deal with hospitals and specialists, our Chief Medical Officer and Pricing.
Key responsibilities will be to:
Provide analysis of provider, medical and customer information.
Support key business strategies and initiatives, providing research and analysis.
Provide research and statistical analysis to monitor quality and performance.
Communicate research and analysis to the business to enable and support key decisions, providing recommendations to ensure added value to the business.
Facilitate the provision of our regular reports.
Work will involve carrying out data analytics to deliver project based, ad-hoc and regular reporting, with timescales ranging from immediate response to long term development projects potentially lasting up to 6 months or more.
A degree or equivalent knowledge base of a statistical & analytical focused subject.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAS/SAS Enterprise Guide - desirable
Aptitude to learn new skills.
Numerate and analytical.
Strong communication skills and able to influence others and drive decisions.
Strong attention to detail and an awareness for accuracy.
Ability to self-manage own work and drive own development.
Able to work on a diverse range of projects.
