ANALYTICS MANAGER - CAMPAIGN TARGETING
This brand-new role sits within the Customer Insight function; the CI team is a very independent and consultative function, working on the business wide ambition to embed data and insights within decisions across the business; something the Board are very invested in.
This is a brand new role sits within the CRM function reporting into the Head of CRM; the Head of Department has a very credible background in analytics, having worked for a global loyalty consultancy for a number of years, covering a variety of analytical areas, including customer insight and statistics.
This role is using SAS to perform campaign evaluation, across regular CRM activity as well as specifically focusing on the loyalty scheme.
This is a senior level, standalone role working with contractor support and with a Campaign Evaluation Analyst.
Ideally we are looking for someone from a loyalty or FS type environment where analytics is robust and used for driving highly personalised customer comms.
This role will be leading the evaluation of their CRM Test & Learn approach, which produces highly personalised loyalty based offers.
Technically SAS is the primary tool but additional knowledge of SQL is also required.

SALARY - £55k - £65k plus excellent benefits, discounts & 10% bonus
