ANALYTICS MANAGER - MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS

This brand-new role sits within the Customer Insight function, reporting into the Head of Analytics and managing one direct report. The CI team works to support the business wide ambition to embed data and insights within decisions across the business; something the Board are very invested in.
The Head of Department has a very credible background in customer and marketing analytics, having worked for a variety of retailers and analytical consultancies, covering a variety of analytical areas; so there will be development opportunities here, as well as support from your peers with the same skills.
This role will be working amongst a broader team of customer insight and marketing analysts, all focused on the delivery of strategic analysis; you will specifically work closely with the Media Agency partner to provide actionable and commercial insights around which media channels are performing and where investment should be made in order to improve ROI.
The role requires a strong digital attribution modeller, with a background in market mix modelling, to generate ROAS by channel, as well as working in conjunction with senior stakeholders to develop a robust measurement framework.
Your background should be in media campaign analysis, from either a business facing role or agency side. And there is no need for existing management skills, the desire to take on this role and move into a management position is key though! Training will be provided and support is already there.

SALARY - £55k - £65k plus excellent benefits & bonus
