Elevation Recruitment Group-Marketing are currently recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager for a successful FMCG business based in West Yorkshire.
Reporting to the Marketing Controller and working in partnership with the wider Brand & Marketing team, the Brand Manager's role is to provide the overall marketing and new product development activities for the allocated brand.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support Brand Manager in developing brand plans for allocated portfolio spanning the full marketing mix Full responsibility for some secondary brands in the portfolio Category trends, Sales and Margin analysis Identifying market trends and new growth opportunities Involvement in market research and consumer insight projects Briefing and developing new product ranges Leading cross functional project teams to develop and launch new product ranges Managing the design process, working closely with design agencies Assisting in the development and implementation of consumer communication plans - including social media, website updates and comms planning
*Be experienced in reporting information both internally & externally *1-2 years experience as an Assistant Brand Manager in a Consumer OR FMCG industry *Excellent communication skills and able to present at a high level with customers *Experience of managing commercial relationships with external parties, i.e. Retailers/Creative *Project Management - Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests
