Our client is a strategic creative agency who work closely with big name brands and produce some outstanding work. Due to new client wins, they need an Assistant Creative Director to maintain their standard of work.
This is a new role to support the development and leadership of their creative work. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will lead the creation and development of intelligent, impactful and effective concepts for brand, advertising and marketing campaigns that align with the strategic vision of the client.
With exceptionally strong strategic and creative thinking skills, you'll be able to quickly arrive at creative solutions. You'll also have a proven track record of creating successful campaigns and a strong commercial focus.
You'll work with the creative team to ensure delivery of their concepts to the highest standards throughout the design process and hold ultimate responsibility for the creative output of your projects. You will maintain the integrity of concepts throughout the process and demonstrate a high level of craft throughout delivery.
On a personal level, your passion and ambition for producing the best work you can will be clear, as will your ability to focus on generating great ideas and seeing them through. You'll demonstrate a keen awareness of current trends in art direction, design, digital and advertising, and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in order to pitch ideas to clients and the creative team.
Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must, as are excellent leadership skills in order to develop, inspire and oversee the creative team.
