Assistant Digital Campaign Manager

Hours of Work: 35 hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £32,000.00 per annum
Are you passionate about digital? Do you know how to deliver a winning campaign using email, PPC and
digital display channels? If you can answer yes to all the above, you could be the Assistant Digital Campaign Manager we’ve been looking for to help launch our new proposition.
We’ve been helping people with financial advice for the last 30 years and right now we’re developing a new business plan that aims to make the service accessible to even more people. It’s an exciting time and you’ll play a crucial role helping the Marketing team develop and deliver the integrated digital campaigns that support our plans.
You’ll be involved in a variety of activities like writing creative briefs, checking online links and landing pages, making sure we’re on budget and on brand, and that our online activity aligns with our offline plans. You’ll also get to know our Customer Insights, Products and Digital teams really well and work closely with the colleagues who oversee the customer journey.
This is brilliant opportunity to use all the skills in your toolbox - not just your digital ones - but your creative, technical and people skills too. You’ll need a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Your approach is just as important as your ability and you’ll be excited to get to the heart of our customer proposition and keen to start developing campaigns that really drive results.
You don’t need to know all about financial advice, but if you’ve worked in a regulated financial services environment before, that would really help. A CIM or DIM would be useful too, and if you were familiar with the reporting tools used for online acquisition, that would be the icing on the cake.
