Assistant Marketing Manager

Salary: £21500 - £26000 p.a. + Company Pension & Health Scheme.
Our client is a nationally based provider of electrical certification and training. Due to company growth and acquisition of competitors, they are currently looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join the team in their Head Office located in Mansfield.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, assist in the creation of strategy to develop and maintain the marketing content of the company in line with the core objectives in order for the organisation to gain maximum revenue opportunities.
Key duties within the role;
Assist in the management, organisation and coordination of marketing activities i.e. Local Newspaper Campaigns, Editorial content, e-News, websites content : existing and new, Email bulletins/invitations, Press releases, Events- coordinate and market effectively.
Assist with the production of newspaper and radio campaigns, editorial and press releases.
Liaise with white labels on the management of services
Work as part of the Marketing team in a flexible manner, within reasonable time constraints as directed by managers and heads.
Create professional and detailed reports to relay key information on performance indicators, ROI and Google Analytics to directors.
Establish, maintain and further develop web links with other organisations, Government Departments and other Agencies
Help organise, market and assist with the staffing of webinars.
Coordinate any award opportunities for the organisation
Must hold a suitable marketing qualification or satisfactory work experience of 3 years +
Must be proficient in using a variety of software including e-marketing and social media platforms, company databases, Outlook and Office programs
Articulate and confident
Ability to make decisions and prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines
Must have excellent grammar and proof reading skills.
Demonstrate commercial awareness.
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with employees. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships.
The role is a full time permanent position.
