Assistant Marketing Manager, near Banbury -
*Nb. This role will develop into a more senior managerial position in the future, i.e. ambitious marketers required!*
It's a key role contributing to the development and implementation of vital marketing plans for a fast growing, global business. As a member of the Global marketing team and working closely with the Digital, Insight and product teams the Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of international marketing plans whilst monitoring campaign success in order to assist countries to optimise their marketing activity and drive ROI.
Key responsibilities will include; developing strong relationships across the region within the Global marketing team as well as external agencies and suppliers; ensuring campaigns are tracked and measured; utilise both internal team and external agency support effectively; produce presentations, reports and marketing updates as required; deliver internal engagement communications and ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets.
This role would suit an experienced marketer with a broad background who is skilled in a wide range of marketing techniques, both on-and-offline including; end to end campaign management, delivering multiple projects simultaneously; stakeholder management and familiarity with measuring marketing campaigns, reporting and MI.
Due to the genuine scope for progression this role would suit an ambitious self-starter who can come in and mould this new role into their own.
Due to the location of their Banbury office, this role could be of interest to those living in Oxford, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Northampton, Brackley, Bicester, Silverstone, and Royal Leamington Spa.
