Assistant Venue Presentation Manager – Competitive Salary – Cheltenham racecourse
We are looking for an Assistant Venue Presentation Manager to assist our Venue Presentation Manager operationally at the Cheltenham racecourse. This role will also have a heavy admin aspect to it and the successful candidate will be responsible for all admin tasks in the venue.
You will ensure the profitable operation of the venue in line with established budget, complying with all legislative requirements at all times. In order to do this, knowledge of all over venue operations is essential. Furthermore, you will maintain customer satisfaction and relationships with customer decision makers, instigating operational improvements as necessary.
