Becoming a B2B Content Manager with Capita People Solutions:

Capita People Solutions is looking for a talented and driven Content Manager to join the Marketing team. The role will have responsibility for content creation and management across the division with a focus on the HR Solutions, Pensions and Benefits areas

What you will do:

*

Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar.

*

Develop highly engaging, optimised and targeted content for HR, pensions and reward audiences.

*

Produce whitepapers, articles, nurture emails and blog content to support and promote offers, events and campaigns to attract website visitors through search, social media and email subscribers.

*

Plan and execute a content marketing plan that is aligned to the wider marketing effort and enables the campaign team and business marketing partners to deliver against KPIs.

*

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer content preferences and adjust the content strategy accordingly.

*

When discussing strategies and plans, represent the voice of the customer and their content preferences for frequency, tone, messaging and channels.

*

Ensure the values and tone of voice of our businesses and brands are upheld across every channel of communication.

*

Create and optimise content for our new family of websites (Pensions and Benefits, HRS and Atlas Mast Trust).

*

Develop and manage partnerships with key content distribution channels and industry partners.

Your experience will include:

*

University degree or equivalent.

*

Postgraduate marketing, communications, journalism or PR qualification.

*

At least two years’ experience of writing B2B content including white papers, emails, articles and blogs, preferably HR-related content.

*

Experience of developing a content-driven marketing plan.

*

A journalistic or PR background would be an advantage.

*

Knowledge of website and email design and conversion optimisation is a strong plus.

*

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

*

Strong knowledge of online & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, and of developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns.

*

Ability to work autonomously from a brief.

*

Brilliant creativity, attention to detail and project management skills.
