B2B Data Analyst and Customer Relationship Manager
The Automotive B2B division is located in Peterborough producing market leading brands for the fleet, automotive and rail industries. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we prepare to take our data knowledge to a new level! After recently integrating several data sources and on-boarding a new email service provider we are ready to tap into our audience engagement and deliver a winning combination of print, digital and events.
The Data Analyst and Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the management and development of the B2B customer databases. The role supports all areas of the B2B business and is integral to the success of the division.
In a varied remit that covers brand membership & engagement, data generation & management, audience & supplier analysis, you will be directing future strategy and keeping us ahead of our competitors. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to devise data driven strategies that maximise customer relationship development.
What we’re looking for
You’ll already be working in a similar role and looking to broaden your experience at an exciting time for our business. You will have experience building and maintaining databases, and the ability to analyse and unlock the potential within. Whilst you’ll have the analytical skill set, you’ll be able to translate analytical thinking into 'easy to understand' commercial concepts.
