Becoming a B2B Marketing Campaign Manager with Local Public Services:

Capita’s Local Public Services business is looking for a talented and driven B2B Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team. The role will have responsibility for designing and delivering multi-channeled lead generation and lead nurturing campaign programmes to support demand generation. Campaigns will be structured to support divisional marketing initiatives and meet defined KPIs.

This role can be based out of either Manchester, Salford, or Sheffield.

What you will do:

*

Work closely with the marketing and communications manager and digital marketing manager to plan and execute high quality B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and social

*

Develop high-quality, relevant and engaging marketing materials to support the campaigns and lead nurturing programmes

*

Work closely with the business development team to create targeted lead nurturing and retention campaigns and activity

*

Plan, create, implement and report on campaign programmes that target all stages of the lead lifecycle focusing on B2B lead generation, lead nurture and relationship management (retention) campaigns

*

Identify, plan and deliver hosted and trade events

*

Analyse and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns

*

Manage measurement of campaign performance and optimisation, and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis of KPIs

Your experience and skills will include:

*

At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with degree level education in a relevant subject

*

Experience in building B2B lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing and retention programmes

*

Highly proficient in using marketing delivery platforms, including mailing systems, CRM social media, analytics and segmentation tools

*

Excellent written skills

*

Knowledge of web analytics, metrics, and reporting

*

Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels

*

Experience using Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign), etc. is preferred

*

Expertise in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics.

*

Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs

*

A good understanding of the public sector is desired.
