B2B Marketing Manager - CRM

£45k - £55k depending on experience, plus benefits

Central London

My client is a well-established brand in the photographic and video solutions space, serving an array of clients across the retail, government and education sectors.

They are currently recruiting a B2B Marketing Manager to support their corporate sales team by driving and nurturing leads through their newly integrated lead management/CRM platform.

Reporting into the Head of Customer Development, the successful person will act as a product manager for the suite of products available, through customer communication, thought leadership and advocacy.

Role purpose:

  • Increasing brand awareness as a business procurement partner to other organisations and governmental organisations.
  • Creating a system for acquiring and nurturing leads through to a pre-sales conversation.
  • Generating a flow of business leads for the corporate sales team.
  • Increasing awareness of the B2B repair and rental service.

Responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with corporate sales to create a programme for acquiring and nurturing leads.
  • Nurturing marketing qualified leads through a cycle of engaging content and communications that is relevant and specific to the target audience.
  • Gathering leads and generating awareness, through a combination of digital marketing, press advertising, social media engagement and events.
  • Working closely with customer development team to develop a cycle of regular and targeted cycle of communications, promoting internal offers, ensuring the service is front of mind.
  • Ownership of website media, content and assets, ensuring these are maintained as part of the customer journey.
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure the repair offer is presented in a compelling and optimised manner, ensuring optimal share of market.
  • Promoting rental services offering to a target audience of freelancers, studios and institutions, providing regular insight to develop service offerings and grow profitability.
  • Working alongside sales, commercial and wider marketing team to promote the rental offer, ultimately growing profit.
  • Managing the budget for non-retail marketing activities.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Ideally 5 years' experience of working within a B2B marketing team, with at least 2 years managing people.
  • Practical experience of digital marketing to drive brand awareness.
  • Experience of managing and promoting corporate events as part of the wider marketing mix.
  • Practical experience of editing and curating content to encourage thought leadership.
  • A self-starter, able to see marketing projects through to completion.
  • Enthusiasm for social media marketing, network and trends.
  • Strong decision making skills with the ability to thrive in a friendly, energetic environment, where innovation and change are valued.
