This is a great opportunity for a Business Development professional to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding global law firm. Supporting the Insurance sector group, the Business Development Executive (Insurance) will join a large team dedicated to developing new business across this sector and will be tasked with the implementation of business development strategies and campaigns under the direction of a Business Development Manager, ensuring effective, high-quality and timely delivery.
The position will have a very broad remit covering both marketing and business development. Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive (Insurance) will include drafting and producing sector marketing materials; updating sector web pages and producing other e-communications; assisting in the production of directory submissions; assisting in the drafting, preparation and production of client pitch documents; managing client information and compiling data and reports for partner groups; developing client development plans; research into relevant market segments and clients and prospects; and managing sector data in the firm's Interaction CRM system.
In order to be considered for this challenging role, you will need to have a good academic background allied to proven marketing and business development experience in a fast-paced legal firm. The Business Development Executive (Insurance) will need to be positive and tenacious with the ability to pro-actively drive initiatives forward and motivate resources within and outside their own team to deliver results. You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timescales. Previous experience in the Insurance sector is highly desirable.
