A dynamic legal firm currently has an opportunity for a high performing Business Development professional to provide support for the implementation of marketing and business development activities M&A practice group in London.
The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Business Development Manager to support the marketing and business development efforts of this practice group, which will involve collaborating with colleagues across different offices. This is a hands-on, busy role offering a balance of project ownership and autonomy. There are plenty of exciting opportunities to get involved in team initiatives in a dynamic and international environment, with significant partner liaison. This is a broad role and will encompass pitch management, the co-ordination of legal directory submissions, client development and targeting, research and ad hoc BD projects.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the legal sector, but most certainly a professional services firm, with previous experience in M&A being highly desirable .The Business Development Executive must also be familiar with planning and preparing pitches and presentations, legal directories and other marketing materials. A strong attention to detail and positive and enthusiastic work ethic are essential.
