This role at a leading international law firm represents an exciting 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a Business Development Executive to become an integral member of the ICM business development team providing BD support to both the market-leading London Securitisation and Corporate Trust & Agency product groups.
Working with the BD Manager (Securitisation and Corporate Trust & Agency) you will assist with and deliver proactive day-to-day, business development support and advice. The key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive will include working with BD colleagues and fee-earners on pitch opportunities; working with partners on their client development plans; providing practical marketing support for profile raising activities, such as speaking at industry conferences, appropriate events and hospitality; managing the process of experience collection, credentials and CVs; and other ad-hoc business development support.
The successful candidate will be a well-educated, enthusiastic, pro-active, team player who has gained previous experience in a professional services orgainsation. It is imperative that you can demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills combined with an attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. A willingness to develop an understanding of complex financial products and an interest in learning about all facets of international capital markets would be beneficial.
