An ambitious and driven law firm is looking for a Business Development Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to provide support to one of the firm's focus sectors, the Private Wealth Group.
This role provides business development support and project leadership to the firm with a focus on the private wealth sector group and the private client & family practice groups. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all business development activities for the sector and supporting their strategy as well as interfacing with other departments as necessary. Acting as a key member of a busy and well-regarded BD team, the role will include developing and helping to implement thought leadership and campaigns to help raise awareness of all parts of the departments and sectors. The successful candidate will also conduct client research and analysis and support on the pitch and tender process within the firm as required.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, organised and pragmatic graduate or equivalent with excellent experience of BD and marketing in a professional services firm particularly in profile raising and marketing campaigns including communications such as directory submissions, brochures and online content. The Business Development Manager must also have a team-oriented attitude, be commercially aware and have strong communication skills to deal with the highest levels internally. You will also ideally have knowledge of the Private Wealth market.
