£40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
Based: Maidstone (Kent)
We need a passionate, entrepreneurial and highly motivated candidate to work across a portfolio of high profile world beers in this rapidly expanding drinks business. You will be the lead on a core brand: holding full budget management responsibility, delivering the marketing strategy and managing an Assistant Brand Manager with responsibility for the smaller, secondary brands.
Your core projects will include:
· Annual brand plan creation
· Sponsorship activation
· Digital content and media planning
· Partnerships with third parties
· Managing annual marketing spend
Our Ideal Candidate
Whilst a background in the drinks / alcohol industry would be ideal it is not essential – what is vital is that you have a passion for that industry. We really need a strong consumer brand or product manager with high levels of energy and enthusiasm for your work. You will be a strong communicator with a genuine commercial edge, a natural problem solver and creative thinker. With one direct report, previous people management experience would be highly valued.
The entrepreneurial nature of the business calls for a similarly minded candidate – a fast-paced, open-minded and flexible individual who will not be limited by their job description. An adaptable and can-do attitude is essential. High levels of personal drive are expected.
A growing and impressive team working on broad brand portfolio the recent period of expansion has seen the business represent brands from all over the world in the U.K. market. Financially very much on the up, they now need to expand their marketing function to support the growing portfolio.
