Global Brand Manager

Britvic's ambition is to grow Fruit Shoot to be the number one kids’ brand globally.

To help make this happen, Fruit shoot is looking for a Senior Brand Manager.

They’ll be making TV ads that kids will want to watch and finding new flavours that kids will want to drink! They’ll be creators of innovation, an inspiration and magnet for team working, entrepreneurial and happy to get their hands dirty to get the job done.

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of:

- global innovation projects (new NPD ideas in the innovation funnel)

- global renovation projects (constant development of our existing and growing portfolio)

- internal comms plans in support of global brand and comms programme

This person in role will be:

- a creator of innovation

- a campaign developer

- a brand thinker and strategist

- an inspiration and magnet for team workings

- an entrepreneur to make things happen (quickly, but with rigour)

- a doer getting hands dirty to get the job done.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will provide support to the Global Brand Director, Global Marketing Controller and Global Innovation Controller and will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

These include:

Lead critical renovation projects, working closely with technical teams to deliver ‘best ever’ liquids

Lead reviews of “test and learn” and drive full channel roll out in GB and IRE

Lead Fruit Shoot health strategy and linked innovation projects.

Accountable for full mix from proposition development, liquid and pack creation, naming, design and pricing strategy

Support development of marketing communications plans and collateral. Work closely with in market brand activation teams to ensure excellent execution (e.g. advertising, campaigns, event promotions, etc.)

Responsible for overall look, feel and maintenance of brand website, working with local market partners to ensure content is up to date and in line with visual identity and digital brand guidelines.

Manage and successfully develop relationships with local market marketing teams, driving a strong agenda through collaborative partnerships.

Support development launch planning and cross market coordination for global projects

Responsible for driving growth in the Fruit Shoot brand P&L through identifying synergies and improving range profitability.

Experience Required:

Demonstrable track record of success within commercial, matrix organisation environments, with senior stakeholder management capability, both internal and third-party strategic partners.

Experience gained within a branded environment, preferably FMCG, working on a significant brand/ market leader.

Track record of creating great ideas that have driven real value in the market.

Sound evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led thinking.

Brand P&L value management experience, including A&P Budget control.

Strong project management, planning and delivery skills.

Global brand management experience is an advantage
