Our client is an award-winning market leader within the UK FMCG sector, they have a fantastic product portfolio, and are looking for a Brand Manager to lead them into their next exciting chapter of growth. This company have been growing at a rapid rate over the last few years, and they are looking for someone to come in and ensure they continue to strive in the right direction. The ideal candidate will be excellent at influencing, have exceptional people skills, and will have gained valuable experience from working previously in either an FMCG or OOH marketing role. Applicants must also be competent when using Microsoft Office applications such as word, power point and excel, and be open to adopting a flexible approach to work, hours and travel.
Working alongside the Head of Marketing and sales team, you as the successful Brand Manager will be responsible for both developing and driving specific brand strategies forward, while collaborating with key individuals throughout the business, including concept designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers. You will be monitoring competitor activities and market trends, developing communication channels, and implementing the tone of voice for the brand, to ensure a clear and consistent message is being communicated to both consumer and client across the UK.
This role serves as a fantastic opportunity for someone to come into a hugely successful business, and immediately be able to take ownership in a role which is core to their future success. Due to the company's location, this role is commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Hitchin, Luton, Banbury, Rugby and Coventry.
