We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Kids category us on our high-profile Fruit Shoot brand!
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Innovation, Activation campaigns and In-store execution of the brand across the GB market. You’ll be part of a high performing team that ‘works hard and plays hard’ and you will have a real chance to make a difference and grow your career.
This position reports directly into the Marketing Manager and will interact closely with our Global brand team to lead our latest innovation, and owning its performance in market and the P&L.
We are looking for candidates who can bring passion and energy towards the Kids category to lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes.
What experience do you need?
* Brand Management or agency marketing background with experience of FMCG.
* Ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships within the wider business with exceptional project management experience.
* Commercial focus and ability to think strategically.
* Experience creating and applying insights into brand strategy and actionable plans and ability to understand and apply research information.
