Britvic is building for the future and as such we are going through a change, so we have created a number of Brand Managers positions to help deliver our ambitious growth agenda. We want to create career paths for junior marketers to develop their experience in an exciting and innovative business, to become our leaders of tomorrow. With the opportunity to work across Britvic and licensed brands, across local and global markets, on campaigns such as Robinsons Wimbledon and Pepsi Champions League, all of which can give you an amazing set of experiences and development.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting the development of dynamic and creative brand plans, the development of New Product Development and achieving outstanding activation. You will work closely with the Brand team in developing, agreeing and cascading the annual operating plans to deliver the annual budget. You will also monitor, analyse market, brand and competitor performance in order to recommend changes to the annual plan.

We are looking for candidates who have previous marketing/commercial experience within an FMCG environment. You will need to demonstrate you have the ability to present brand/growth plans and implement activation in a local market. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of market research/data and its potential applications
