About the Role:

As a Brand Manager on Fruit Carbonates you will be joining a fun, creative and high performing carbonates team. Working on 7up and R.White’s brands you will have a real chance to make a difference and grow your career. You will be responsible for delivering scale NPD, activation and BTL activities, supported with a significant marketing spend and working with a highly motivated cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

To deliver the annual plan and the annual budget.

To lead the development of our latest innovation – working with internal and external teams to bring this to market, delivering BTL comms and owning its performance in market and the P&L.

To work with the Marketing Controller to develop and implement brand collateral for some of our biggest campaigns at critical times of the year and support specific channel.

Work with the Marketing Controller and shopper teams in implementing consumer-facing programmes in conjunction with external agency partners

To manage brand expenditure to maximise value and ROI for the organisation and its shareholders

To lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes

To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Branded commercial experience

Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L

Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery

Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans

Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes

Understanding and application of research information

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Takes pride in their own and team’s achievements

Motivates others with their self-belief

Can be counted on for their positive can do attitude

Act with Pace

Proactively ensures that Britvic is best placed to beat the competition.

Creates an environment for the team which allows decision making to thrive.
