Super opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and passionate brand manager to join a fast-growing FMCG in the healthy nutrition space. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership for a brand at an exciting time in its development, defining and implementing strategy for its continued growth, in the UK and Europe.

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will create and implement the annual marketing plan, including NPD, comms, pricing and activation. Working closely with digital and ecommerce colleagues, you’ll maximise opportunities for brand exposure and commercial development.

 

If you are currently working at Brand Manager level in an FMCG business and keen to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you. You should have a degree, ideally in business or marketing, and experience working in a European or Global matrix organization. We’re looking for a highly self motivated, ambitious and organised candidate, happy working under their own steam as well as part of a wider team to deliver multiple projects, on time and in budget. Good analytical and commercial skills are essential – you should know your way around a P&L and have managed significant budgets. In addition, you’ll be a great communicator and presenter, able to drive your ideas through effective influencing and stakeholder engagement.
