Our client is a well-established non-food company who have been successfully manufacturing wide ranges of products within the Health & Beauty channel for 30+ years.
They now seek a Brand Manager to join their growing team to help with formulating strategies that translate into achievable objectives and tactics which need to be driven through to successful fruition.
Reporting directly to the Group Brand Manager as well as the Marketing Director.
Plan and achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets for a number of products in line with agreed expenditure and consumer trade strategies.
Be the central point of contact for each brand throughout the business.
To develop, recommend and execute marketing plans managing the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
Work with the Sales team to maximise brands potential including shelf presence, trade promotional activity, POS display and distribution.
Strong all round relevant FMCG marketing experience, of degree calibre ideally with a CIM qualification.
Experience of brand planning, advertising process with a creative eye.
Ability to understand key profit and loss data with strong project management skills.
Experience with planning and analysing trade promotional activity.
