Are you an experienced BM, on the cusp of SBM?  Passionate about food and keen to work in a dynamic global business with annual revenues over $4bn. Key Responsibilities

Helping to set the strategic direction to build an even stronger brand, developing brand plans that deliver long term strategy with packaging, innovation, promotional, pricing and communications initiatives.

  • Setting KPI’s for campaigns and monitoring success against KPI’s during and after.
  • Working with EMEA Innovation team to develop strong NPD plans that drive profitable growth for the brand.
  • Working collaboratively with Cat Man and Sales teams to ensure great marketing information; account specific promotional activity and new product launch information is communicated.
  • Analysing market data and trends to identify market opportunities and threats.

Our Ideal Candidate

This is a great role for a seasoned BM/SBM with UK FMCG experience. You’ll be commercially savvy and have exceptional project management skills with broad exposure across the mix including P&L management, advertising, digital & social media, in-store activations and pricing strategy; you’ll also have been involved in new product launches.  With a positive, warm approach and a sense of fun, you’ll enjoy working in a close-knit environment where cross functional working with colleagues in commercial and insight functions is the norm.  A passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone with tenacity, resilience, creativity and drive who can bring new ideas to the table and drive them through.  Experience of working with continuous market/retail data is also key.
