Super smart, ambitious, commercially savvy, entrepreneurial FMCG marketer needed NOW for this exciting and challenging role working on a much-loved and leading brand in the UK food market, eaten by millions every day; one of those must-stock brand success stories that has seen massive growth over the last few years, now with a range of over 50 SKUs.
Joining a dynamic, high-performing team, this role offers full P&L responsibility and as much responsibility as you can take on! You will lead the development and execution of strategies and plans to drive growth, building on a loyal consumer base, but helping to create value-added propositions with more relevance amongst younger consumers. With a broad remit across the mix, you will manage day-to-day tactical initiatives and longer-term projects - analysing data to identify consumer insights; managing product & packaging innovation; developing promotional activations and supporting on other brand initiatives including brand licensing projects and international expansion. This is a role for a smart, creative thinking marketer looking to make the next step with great career development potential and internal visibility.
