Brand Marketing Coordinator

Maternity cover - 9 to 12 months

£27k - £30k per annum

A leading, global manufacturer of automotive products is currently recruiting for a brand Marketing Coordinator to create brand assets to improve and maintain engaging marketing initiatives for all B2B/B2C platforms.

Working closely with the brand marketing team, you'll pay a valuable role in ensuring that marketing activities positively contribute to brand guidelines, to attract and convert target groups through a range of branded sporting events in line with marketing objectives.

About the role:

  • Creating and maintaining all product/brand and technical literature - online and print.
  • Supporting the Brand Marketing team and Communications and Automotive Partnerships Manager in developing industry leading activations for sponsorship assets.
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels of all brand assets and merchandise to meet demand.
  • Managing and assisting developing of a full range of POS and merchandise to meet expected demand.
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing specialist with the content plan across all owned digital B2C and B2B marketing channels (e.g. website, social media, apps and e-learning platforms).
  • Optimisation of brand and product content for SEO.
  • Monitoring costs and work within defined budgets.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of all brand marketing activities according to agreed KPIs to measure performance.
  • Assist in reporting on competitor brand marketing activities.

Experience and skills required:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the full marketing mix, with a focus on brand and product content and how to leverage it effectively.
  • Exposure to sponsorship events and brand activations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your written work, as the work will have a heavy focus on content.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management due to a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professionally qualified in marketing - i.e. CIM or Marketing related degree.
  • An understanding of how a global, matrixed brand operates.
  • A general interest in the automotive space, or a background working in automotive marketing would be an additional benefit.
