Brand Marketing Manager
£35,000 - £43,000 + Bens
Market leading in every sense, my client is a dynamic and fast moving business within the Makeup market, providing innovative brands and products into this ever evolving channel.
This is a newly created expansion role, to develop and maintain a brand specific 360 marketing program in conjunction with the brand manufacturer, to activate sales across all channels.
The successful candidate will be tasked with driving brand awareness within both the professional and consumer sectors, developing and implementing the marketing plan for the category and brands and also delivering marketing campaigns across all channels - both digital and offline. Developing marketing collateral for core new brands, you'll work with the established Sales to identify and develop effective sales tools. You'll also need to develop their social media channels, to create engagement and grow the "fan base" for each brand. A big part of this role will also be market and competitor intelligence - so candidates need to balance their creative marketing expertise with analytical strength. You'll produce competitor insights and monitoring competitor activity whilst also measuring and monitoring the performance of the brands you own. You will ALSO ManagE the budget for advertising and promotional items for your brands.
*Experience in developing and successfully growing new brands, ideally within the
makeup, cosmetic, beauty, hair care, fashion or luxury retail sector.
*Knowledge of developing and implementing marketing plans to deliver growth and
*Experience in working across the full marketing mix (digital, social media, PR,
direct marketing, etc.) and creating multi-channel, integrated campaigns for B2B and
influencing B2C channels.
*A background in brand development and campaign management, responsible for managing
a brand from start to finish
*Strong experience into the use of social media within a commercial context
