Brand Marketing Manager - Part Time

BASIC: £25,000 plus Benefits 3 days per week or 24 hours a week

We’re looking for a marketer with experience of driving consumer awareness using the full marketing mix and directly through our retail distribution channels. You will also need experience of driving marketing campaigns through digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS: Marketing Manager – Brand and Retail

Ideally you will have experience of driving marketing campaigns both directly to the consumer using traditional retail marketing methods as well as working with a range of retailers to support POS marketing.
Most important is your ability to plan, deliver and achieve. This role sits within a small, dedicated team which are action orientated and where your efforts will be clearly visible, with everyone supporting each other to achieve the same common business goals.
This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to build the marketing strategy and deliver the plans with full autonomy.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Marketing Manager – Brand and Retail

As the lead Marketing Manager you will take responsibility for enhancing our brand awareness across our range of products and develop the strategy taking into consideration everything from POS through to ATL advertising.

Key duties include:

·Developing and executing marketing strategies through a range of distributional and sales channels including Major Retailers, Trade accounts, Wholesale and Online to enhance our brand message and output.
·Build a market leading brand and ensure it is delivered through the most appropriate mediums and channels.
·Implement the full marketing mix across the Categories, Products, Brands and all promotional activities through all channels.
·Measuring marketing activities effectiveness and evaluate campaigns to ensure objectives and ROI are met.
·Work closely with the sales teams and other internal departments.
·Online & Digital, Advertising, Promotions, Sponsorship, PR, Online, sampling, Literature and building internal and external relationships all come under your remit as this is a true “Hands On” Marketing Managers role.
