The role holder will be working as part of the LIBOR Team, the resource is required to provide the skills needed to assist with the enablement and business continuity for the impacted businesses across Santander UK & SCIB.

This will include providing on site and regional administration, data analysis, project planning, liaising with team members & management in both the UK and Madrid, having input and technical skills required to assist in all aspects the programme

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to

* Your duties will include creating and designing, project admin and ensuring all technical information and documentation is recorded, communicated and fully supported

* Work with the Project Manager to determine the core business requirements

* Collaborating with business areas through the design phase and determine the best solution and set up

* Manage updates on existing documents including the traceability matrices for requirements

* Support Project and Programme managers with project management standards, templates, reporting and processes


Minimum skills and experience required

* Technical knowledge of LIBOR and a Macro understanding of market developments and the link between Systems/Legal/Models requirements need to be assembled

* Experience of previous administrator/ PMO roles

* Understanding of full Project Lifecycle

* Knowledge of MS Office tools 2003 through to 2010

* Experience in resolving complex project issues, and an ability to manage stakeholders.
