As a result of consistent year on year growth, we require the services of an energetic and confident Business Development Executive. You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities across our product range.

So what’s the role?
Reporting to the SVP Sales-Europe, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the company:
+ Creating a qualified opportunity pipeline by developing new relationships and matching client needs with our capabilities
+ Working closely with the senior sales team to engage sales opportunities using a strategic and consultative approach
+ Preparing regular sales reports and monitoring your success
+ Strengthening the brand with target clients
Are you a good fit?
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ A pro-active can-do approach to business development – using tele-sales, face-to-face meetings, marketing, social media and email
+ Accuracy and a good attention to detail
+ Able to work autonomously, whilst being a strong team member
+ Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships
+ Strong organisational skills and the ability to create high level meetings for supporting sales executives
+ High influencing skills, with a confident, consultative and methodical approach
Do you have the right experience?
+ Proven business to business based sales /customer service experience
+ A track record of consistently meeting targets
+ Confidence engaging with senior decision makers, ranging from Directors and Heads of Departments through to C-level executives
+ IT and web literate, with a minimum of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ CRM experience
+ An interest in new technology would be a great fit, but is not essential
