Business Development Specialist – up to £40,000 + uncapped OTE
Retail – Hertfordshire / London
This award-winning research and insights agency have an impressive client base within the retail sector and is now looking to boost its business development team. You’ll play a key role supporting the Business Development Director, researching and developing relationships with new and existing clients, building awareness of the agency’s customer experience proposition. As the role develops, you will also likely have the opportunity to help shape the agency’s business development strategy, as they continue to innovate and further develop new propositions across their entire offering. You’ll feel at home when it comes to prospecting new clients and securing meetings and be happy to contribute towards the tactical and strategic implementation of this. Attending industry functions and conferences is also likely to feature. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record when it comes to building fruitful client relationships – a self-starter attitude and an eagerness to talk to clients about their problems presenting them with solutions is also going to be essential to your success in this role.
